- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. It includes one project with every integration, the inbox, report emails and triage by your coding agent. There is nothing to pay and no payment details to enter.
- What counts as a project?
- One product you collect feedback for. Its MCP server, CLI, API and web app can all report to the same project, and each report records where it came from.
- Can I get more projects?
- Email hello@agentback.app and tell us what you are building. We will raise your limit or set up an Enterprise plan.
- Can I run Agentback on my own infrastructure?
- Self-hosted deployment is part of the Enterprise plan, along with help integrating Agentback into your products.
- Who can read the reports?
- You, signed in to your inbox, and the coding agents you connect to it. A project key can only submit reports, never read them.
